Voice Dialogue is a very simple, yet powerful, and effective tool for helping clients take different perspectives on themselves, expanding their awareness and sense of identity.
The technique is based on self-inquiry, and is a practice in awareness. Coaches and facilitators can use it to help their clients explore their own patterns and proclivities, as well untangle the aspects of themselves that are in conflict.
This technique results in more awareness and self-compassion, and is uniquely suited to be used in leadership and coaching work because it is so accessible, efficient, and effective.
In this interactive three-day online intensive. you will be guided by Diane Musho Hamilton to understand the basics of Voice Dialogue to support your work as a coach, facilitator, or leader.
The three-day training will cover these elements:
- Building rapport with clients
- Creating a sound container
- Exploring dimensions of identity
- Moving beyond identity
- Integrating the voice dialogue experience.
Prerequisites: This program is for facilitators, coaches, and leaders. It is important that you have prior training and experience in at least one of those areas.
