Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please be certain that your intention and commitment to attend is clear when you register for any Two Arrows Zen program or retreat. Space is limited in all our programs and we need enough lead time to fill an open space if you cancel your registration.

Retreat and Sesshin Program fees are refundable 30 days before a scheduled event start, less an administrative fee. At 29-14 days before the event start, a 50% refund or credit to your account, less an administrative fee. For withdrawals less than 14 days before the event start there are no refunds or credits for any reason, unless your space fills from a waitlist. In that case, 50% of your program fee will be refunded or held as a credit toward a TAZ retreat or program applied within 12 calendar months.

In case of cancellation because of emergency or illness within 5 days of the retreat start date, Two Arrows Zen members may request a rollover of 50% of all program fees on account to another program or retreat registration within 12 calendar months. After 12 months, all funds retained will be added to the scholarship fund.

Weekend Workshop and One-Day Program fees are refundable 7 days before a scheduled event. After that date, there are no refunds for any reason, unless your space fills from a wait list. In that case 50% of your program fee will be refunded or held as a credit toward a TAZ retreat or program applied within 12 calendar months.

Class Series Program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the class start date. Fees are refundable if requested in the 6 days prior to the start class date or before the second class, less an admin fee of 20% of your registration fee or $50, whichever is less. After the first week, there are no refunds for any reason.

Telecourse fees, less a $75 administrative fee, may be refunded if a request to withdraw is received 7 days prior to the course start date.

In the event that Two Arrows Zen cancels a program for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
