About Two Arrows Zen Study and Practice
with Musho Sensei
Practitioners who want to establish or strengthen a meditation practice in the Zen tradition with Musho Sensei meet in class series to inquire and practice together via Zoom Teleconference.
The virtual classes include dharma talks, voice dialog inquiry, experiential practices in small breakout groups, and meditation instruction. The online study and practice series is intended to provide support in a virtual sangha for established practitioners and those new to Zen.
The experience of practicing with a teacher and meeting weekly in Sangha is enlivening and can help to stabilize your practice like nothing else. If occasionally you cannot attend the live session, the Saturday online call is recorded and made available for download.
